The Final Leaving Exam

Every year in May all fourth year students from our school and in the Czech Republic do their final leaving exam. What is this final leaving exam? Most of the schools have these exams divided into two parts – the State part (written and oral exams from Czech language and literature, from foreign language or from math) and school part (which students can choose according to their specialisation, for example, social care, psychology, agriculture, programming, etc).

It is very stressful season for students and for their families. But when you pass the exam, you know that your studying wasn't worthles. When you do it, you can go and study at some universities or you can find some work. The Graduation certificate is a big advantage when looking for work.

Congratulation to everyone who passed! I wish good luck to everybody, who will do it in the future, I think it will be battle of my life.
